RTP products, which have a perforated sheet metal surface, withstand strong mechanical forces such as impacts. They are particularly suitable for wall cladding in industrial premises. The perforated sheet facing of RTP products is bent over and behind the long sides of the panel.

An industrial T-suspension grid system or box slats are used to install the products. Adhesive fastening is also possible(not, however, for RTP panel).

Tools suitable for cutting sheet metal are needed to install RTP products, which have a perforated sheet metal surface. Other products can be cut with a sharp knife. AKUSTO-Baffel products are hung from suspension hooks fixed to a bar or cord.

Fire Characteriscs
Fire characteristics of the products fulfil the requirements of the following standards:
- International standard ISO 1182
Non-combustible base board
- Finnish standards SFS 4190, SFS 4192 and SFS 4191
Ignitability class 1
Spread of flame class I
Heat release and smoke generation class I

Humaidity Resistance
Sound absorption characteristics of the products are excellent and their use can drastically reduce the noise level in industrial premises. The curves for sound absorption coeffecients, measured in conformance with ISO-354, are shown besides

Industrial-AKUSTO products can be used:
- continuously in conditions where the relative humidity of the air is < 90% and temperature
is < 25°C.
- temporarily where the relative humidity of the air is < 95% and temperature is < 40°C.

Cleaning
Perforated sheet metal and aluminium laminate surfaces can be cleaned by wiping with a sponge and mild detergent. Other surfaces are cleaned by vacuum cleaning.
